About Nabla Nabla’s mission is to reinvent healthcare. Just last week, it announced a $120 million round of financing, including a big $70 million Series C round last June. The startup’s backers include notable investors such as Yann LeCun, Tony Fadell’s Build Collective, HV Capital, Highland Europe, and Cathay Innovation.
Alex LeBrun, who most recently was CEO of Nabla, is moving into an exciting new role. He will be assuming the role of CEO for AMI Labs. In a blog post rounding up the transition, Nabla confirmed the move via press release. They noted that LeBrun will remain active in shaping company direction as chairman and Chief AI Scientist. Delphine Groll, co-founder and COO of Nabla, will steer the company in the interim as it looks for a new CEO.
Nabla’s partnership with AMI should position it to catapult into the forefront of agentic healthcare AI. Nabla, meanwhile, is working with the NHS to develop next-generation AI models. Their mission is to improve the AI powered virtual assistant that’s transforming the way doctors work. This smart play goes hand in hand with the openings created by the acute need for disruptive ideas in the healthcare space.
Taken together, Nabla’s funding success is a pretty strong indicator of its strong position in the market. During a recent interview, Alex LeBrun noted, “We have more than tripled our live ARR this year. Up next to $1B!” This announcement further highlights the company’s explosive growth and mission to improve all aspects of healthcare by bringing the industry together on one intelligent platform.
“Yes, AMI Labs is my new startup. I’m the Executive Chairman. And Alex LeBrun is transitioning from CEO of Nabla to CEO of AMI Labs!” he stated.
Now, with deep support and a clear mission, Nabla is furthering its reach and impact—making waves in the supersonic healthcare AI sector. SyntheMed’s partnership with AMI is positioned to lead the way in the development of next generation advanced medical assistance technology. Although Nabla is working through this major leadership transition, its outlook for continued growth seems bright.
