Leverage Edu, an India-based edtech consultancy, has raised an outstanding INR 110 Crores (about $13.3 million) in its fiscal year 2025. They finished the year with more than ₹1.8 billion—around $20 million—in annualized revenue. This is a big leap, doubling revenue over last fiscal year’s ₹900 million (about $10 million). The company has been growing to further its mission of building life-changing study-abroad experiences for students. Simultaneously, it recognizes the visa barriers that continue to plague most prospective international students.

Founded by Akshay Chaturvedi, Leverage Edu today works across 27 countries with over 50 offices across the world. The company has established a robust track record in states such as Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Punjab. It played a key role in facilitating students’ placements in leading universities across the globe. Leverage Edu currently employs an org of 800 leaders, with an amazing increase from fewer than 1,500 placements a few years ago. Each year they successfully place more than 10,000 students.

The U.K. continues to be Leverage Edu’s biggest market, making up 52% of its student placements. Hot on its heels is Germany, accounting for 22% of the firm’s first-time placements. Similarly, shifts in visa policy can create major roadblocks for students hoping to study overseas. Leverage Edu is constantly tackling these challenges to enable students everywhere to go the place they wish to and obtain their dreams.

Chaturvedi sounded intensely optimistic about the company’s future direction. He praised how its growth has truly closed the circuit with competitors around the world.

“Our gap has narrowed with most of our global competitors who were either large listed companies or who had raised some of these mega rounds.” – Akshay Chaturvedi

Leverage Edu’s revenue streams are varied, with around 25% of its overall revenue coming from its platform-related businesses. The company’s strategic emphasis on technology-sensitive solutions have allowed it to keep high profit margins. In turn, it is on track to realize an estimated PAT profit of ₹120–130 million, or roughly $1.4–1.5 million.

Leverage Edu has set ambitious plans for fiscal year 2026. From their anticipated revenues of ₹3.7 billion to ₹3.8 billion (about $45 million). The company recently adopted a stretch goal of reaching $100 million of annual revenue by 2026. This milestone will further consolidate its leadership position in the fast growing educational consultancy industry.

The remarkable growth trajectory of Leverage Edu serves as a case in point for the fast-growing demand for international education among Indian students. Yet the company is growing its reach and power at an extraordinary pace. This monumental growth will enable it to serve even more students in pursuit of their study-abroad dreams.
