Indonesian Indo Komoditi to acquire Sinar Cahaya Cemerlang, Zonergy’s local unit for US$33 million
Indonesian rubber producer, Indo Komoditi has acquired Sinar Cahaya Cemerlang (SCC), a local unit of Zonergy for US$33 million which will be supplied by major shareholders Alam Tulus Abadi (ATA) and Sinoasia. The shareholders' approval for transaction is slated on March 2, 2017.
